"I’ve been training under Kristina for a few months now and you can tell she is passionate about fitness as it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. She is the perfect combination of tough (after each session, I feel like jelly) and warm (always encouraging, always checks if you’re okay). Although I’ve only trained under her in a group setting, she provides each class with new and diverse training methods which keeps it interesting and fun. What I believe distinguishes her from the rest of the PT’s is that she can take one look at an individual and know exactly what they ’re capable of. This in turn motivates me to push past my perceived limits, she always makes me want to run that extra mile or pick up that heavier weight each time. Within the short time that I started training, I feel as though my overall strength and fitness has improved immensely. I trust and value her guidance so much that I have further requested for one on one training sessions and am looking forward to them! "Kristina has been my trainer for just under 12 months now and she is definitely one of the best. She is always encouraging and pushing me past my limits. Kristina always suggests a heavier weight, a few more reps and is happy to demonstrate any exercise I am unsure with. I feel very comfortable asking her questions about training and general Health & Wellbeing. Her class is different every week so I never feel bored only nervous and excited for what she will put my body through! Since I have been training with Kristina that I am getting fitter and stronger and sorer every week. Even in a class situation she is always watching(even when you try to sneak a rest) she will make sure that you are pushing yourself and getting the results that you want, I know that she will never let me slack or quit, when I think I can’t do it Kristina will always pull me through with her positive attitude and encouragement.
